Introduction to heat transfers
A heat transfer is basically a heat-activated label that requires the application of a certain amount of heat and pressure before bonding and producing a fine sharp, high-quality print on the host product surface. This could either be done manually or with a continuous CNC heated silicon roller machines (particularly for the plastic products). Either way, a sharp and multicolor print could be achieved quickly with minimal hassle in comparison to that of the traditional silkscreen and pad printing process. It is a quick, simple, efficient and cost effective approach to placing the company label on their product.
Heat transfer labels are commonly used in the branding and labeling of textile, leather and plastic products. A majority of these end products consists of clothing, apparels, footwear and leather goods. The fashion industry has been especially accepting of transfer label solutions for its printing needs due to its mobility and efficiency. For plastic products on the other hand, toy, auto accessories and domestic appliances manufacturers have also been relying on heat transfers for their design and printing needs. To this end, we also producing transfer labels for CNC 'running meter' machines that meets this industrial needs.
